Chess courses
Classes are held at a location you supply, which can be your home, school or other meeting place.
I will take up to 12 students in a class.
For children 7 to 12 years old I usually give 1-hour lessons; for older children and adults, the classes can be longer, up to 2 (or even 3) hours.
The first lesson is for evaluation, both of the student by the teacher and the teacher by the student. If the student wishes to continue with the course, the cost of the entire course is payable at the end of the lesson. If not, only the charge for the single lesson ($30.00 per hour) is due.

Lessons can be scheduled Tuesday to Saturday, between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Irregular, pay-as-you-go lessons are $35.00/hour within 15-minute walking distance, or $40.00 if I have to travel by public transit.
